How many computers can I use Cluboid on?
You can use Cluboid on as many computers as you wish, no matter where they are in the world.
Is Cluboid a monthly or yearly subscription?
Cluboid is a paid monthly service on the first of each month.
Why don't Cluboid use contracts?
Contracts are gross. We don't like making them, and you don't like signing them. So you are free to come and go to Cluboid as you wish, with no strings attached.
How many staff logins can I add to Cluboid?
Creation of staff accounts is unlimited and we encourage you to create one for each member of staff adjusting the privileges of each.
Is my account limited to a certain amount of customers?
Not at all, from accounts with 500 customers to those with 5,000,000, businesses of all sizes are catered for.
Is there a limit to the amount of tables, rooms, staff, or resources I can add?
Not at all, from accounts with 5 resources to those with 1000's businesses large and small use Cluboid everyday.
Is Cluboid updated and how much do updates cost?
Cluboid is regularly updated. Every two to four weeks you can expect improvements and additions to your system. The best thing is they are free forever.
After I subscribe how do I receive the software?
Once you sign up for your trial account we setup your account within seconds, with staff on-boarding, and support available immediately.
Does Cluboid work on my Mac?
Cluboid works across all major operating systems including Windows, OSX, Linux, and many others.
Does Cluboid work on a tablet or phone?
Built from the ground up to work on any size device Cluboid works beautifully on a tablet or phone, as well as your laptop.
What languages does Cluboid support?
We support almost all major languages, please ask our sales team for further details in regards to pricing or our language packs.
What countries is Cluboid available in?

Can I share my Cluboid software with another business location?
Each Cluboid system is created to integrate with one business location only, so sharing your Cluboid account would not be useful for either business. However two Cluboid accounts can be linked for those who have more than one business within their control.
